Who this is for
You are winning paid search and paid social work on the strength of your client relationships, then scrambling to deliver it. We become the delivery team you never had to hire.
Your in-house buyer is running as many accounts as one person reasonably can. Overflow comes to us instead of going to a competitor or being turned down.
Reports that said nothing, tracking nobody checked, a client who worked out they were talking to a subcontractor. You want a partner who treats your brand as the only brand.
How white label PPC management works with us
The model is simple. You own the relationship, the pricing and the reporting brand. We own the execution and the numbers behind it.
Send us the brief: vertical, budget, geography, what the client has already tried. We come back with a build plan and a realistic view of what the budget can do, in language you can forward.
Conversion actions, tag firing, GA4 events, offline imports, lead quality. We tell you what is broken before we take responsibility for a performance number that measurement cannot support.
Account structure, keyword and audience architecture, creative briefs, bid strategy, budget pacing, negatives, and a weekly optimisation cadence documented in writing.
Reporting carries your logo and your domain. You bill your client at your rate. We invoice you at partner rate. Your client never sees our name in any deliverable.
What is included
Campaign and ad group architecture, keyword research and match-type strategy, audience and exclusion setup, geo and schedule targeting, conversion action configuration.
Google Tag Manager, GA4 event setup, conversion import, call and form tracking, lead quality feedback loops. Audited at onboarding and re-checked monthly.
Responsive search ad copy, extension sets, Meta and LinkedIn ad copy, and creative briefs your design team or ours can execute against. Tested on a documented rotation.
Search term mining and negatives, bid strategy tuning, budget pacing, landing page feedback, audience refresh. Cadence agreed per account, documented per week.
White-labelled reporting on your domain, in your colours, with live dashboard access. Monthly commentary written so you can forward it without rewriting it.
A named point of contact, response within one working day, and a strategist who will join a client call as a member of your team when you need one.
The part most partners skip
The most common complaint agencies make about white label partners is not bad ad copy. It is bad data: conversions that double count, leads that were never really leads, and a report nobody can defend when the client asks a hard question.
| Check | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Duplicate conversions | Inflated ROAS that collapses the moment anyone reconciles against CRM |
| Tag firing and consent | Missing conversions make good campaigns look like failing ones |
| GA4 event integrity | Bid strategies optimise toward whatever you tell them to. Garbage in, budget out |
| Offline and CRM import | Without it, the platform optimises for form fills instead of revenue |
| Lead quality feedback | Cheap leads that never close are the fastest route to a churned client |
If an account’s tracking is sound, we say so and move straight to build. See our conversion tracking services →
Reporting
Transparency is the thing agencies say they select a partner on, and the thing most partners answer with a slide deck. You get a live view instead.
What you see. Full account access, live performance, spend pacing, what changed this week and why. Nothing is hidden from you at any point.
What your client sees. A reporting view carrying your brand and your domain, at the level of detail you choose. Our name appears nowhere in it.
Cadence. Live dashboard access, a weekly change log, and a monthly written summary in plain language your client can read without a translator.
Partner pricing and your margin
Most white label pages say “competitive rates” and make you book a call to find out. Your entire decision is a margin calculation, so here are the numbers.
Single platform
$595 /account/mo
One platform per account
Multi-platform partner
$495 /account/mo
From 5 accounts, any platform mix
Percentage of spend
7% of ad spend
For accounts above $20,000/mo spend
| If your client pays you | You pay PPCROY | You keep | Your margin |
|---|---|---|---|
| $1,000 | $595 | $405 | 41% |
| $1,500 | $595 | $905 | 60% |
| $2,000 | $595 | $1,405 | 70% |
| $2,500 (5+ accounts) | $495 | $2,005 | 80% |
Ad spend is billed by the platform directly to whichever account holder you choose, so it never sits on your books. Minimum ad spend is $1,000 per account per month. No lock-in, month to month.
Platforms
Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Display and YouTube. Account builds, restructures and rescues. Google Partner certified.
Facebook and Instagram. Prospecting and retargeting structures, creative testing rotations, Conversions API setup. Facebook Partner certified.
Bing, Yahoo and the Microsoft Audience Network. Usually the cheapest incremental conversions in an account, and the platform most agencies forget to offer.
B2B lead gen forms, ABM audience builds and document ads. Built for long sales cycles where a form fill is the start, not the outcome.
Why agencies switch
| What goes wrong elsewhere | What we do |
|---|---|
| Tracking nobody validated, so the reporting cannot be defended | Tracking audited at onboarding and re-checked every month |
| Cheap leads that never close, and a client who blames you | Lead quality fed back into bidding, not just volume reported |
| Flat keyword structure with no audience segmentation | Structure built per account against its own search behaviour |
| Accounts run from a template, whatever the vertical | Vertical-specific modules for regulated and long-cycle markets |
| No capacity when you win three clients in a month | A 20+ person team, so overflow does not become a waiting list |

We do not publish partner case studies. Every agency relationship we hold is covered by an NDA, and the whole point of a white label partner is that our work appears under your name rather than ours. If we published a partner’s results here, we would be the wrong partner for you.
On a partner call we will walk you through account structures and results in the detail our agreements allow, and you are welcome to test us on a single account before committing anything further.
Also available white label
Most partner agencies start with paid media and then ask whether we can take the build and the design work as well. We can: web development, design and creative, SEO, marketing automation, landing page design and CRO.
We also run accounts across healthcare, SaaS, fintech, EdTech and ecommerce.
Hiring a specialist into your own team instead of reselling? That is a different route: see hire a Google Ads expert or hire a performance marketer.
Partner FAQs
No. We do not contact, market to, or accept work from your clients, during the engagement or after it. That is written into the partner agreement as a non-solicit clause alongside the NDA. If a client call needs a specialist on it, that specialist joins as a member of your team, using your branding.
You are our client, not the end advertiser. We invoice you at partner rate, you invoice your client at whatever rate you set, and you keep the difference. Ad spend is billed by the platform directly to whichever account holder you prefer, which is usually the client, so the spend never sits on your books.
Between 41% and 80%, depending on your client rate and how many accounts you run with us. At our $595 single-platform rate, a client paying you $1,500 a month leaves you $905. At the $495 multi-account rate, a client paying $2,500 leaves you $2,005.
For context, published market guidance puts typical agency markup on white label fulfilment at 30 to 50 percent, so these rates sit at the favourable end of the category.
Yes. Reporting is white-labelled by default: your logo, your colours, delivery from your domain, and live dashboard access for you and your client. Our name appears nowhere in any deliverable.
$1,000 per account per month. Below that, the account does not gather enough conversion data for bid strategies to learn, and we would be charging you a management fee to run something that cannot perform.
Onboarding starts within 48 hours of the brief. The tracking audit comes first, and how long the build takes after that depends on whether we are rescuing an existing account or building a new one. We give you a date in writing before you commit to one with your client.
Both, as standard, before any account access is shared. We work exclusively through the partner relationship, so protecting it is in our interest as much as yours. It is also why we publish no partner case studies.
A strategist joins the call as part of your team, introduced by you, using your email domain if you prefer. We do not identify ourselves as a third party. Some partners prefer we never join calls at all, which is equally fine.
Yes. Engagements run month to month with no lock-in, and most partners start with a single account to see how we work before moving more across. The multi-account rate applies from your fifth account onward.
Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads and LinkedIn Ads. Google and Meta cover most partner demand. Microsoft is often the cheapest incremental conversion source in an account and the one most agencies forget to offer. LinkedIn is where we handle B2B and long sales cycles.
Most accounts that come to us are already live. We start with an audit of the existing structure and tracking, give you a written view of what is salvageable and what should be rebuilt, and you decide which route to take before we change anything.
Tell us what you are selling and what your client needs. We will come back with a build plan, a partner rate, and an honest view of what the budget can achieve, within one working day.
